RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Tulle Collection, we want you to have the best possible experience with our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to make things right.

Returns

Return Window: Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Condition: All returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of our products, opened or used candles, diffusers, room sprays, or any personalized items cannot be returned.

Refunds

Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Shipping Fees: Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Exchanges

Defective/Damaged Items: If you received an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage, and we’ll happily replace it at no extra cost.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Free shipping is available for orders $150 or more.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. We will assist you in resolving the issue.
